The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, like a sparrow’s nest for Allah or even smaller, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.”
Just imagine through the act of establishing a place of worship purely for the sake of Allah SWT in exchange for that key to Jannah! The most blessed part of the reward is the mercy Allah SWT has toward his believer! Many may think how that it is a great righteous deed to build a Masjid, but also takes a lot of money. Never have doubt in the mercy of Allah SWT, as the almighty rewards even the smallest contribution to a Masjid.
In the book of hadeeth, Ibn e Majah says: “مَنْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا لِلَّهِ كَمَفْحَصِ قَطَاةٍ أَوْ أَصْغَرَ بَنَى اللَّهُ لَهُ بَيْتًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ” Whoever builds a masjid for the sake of Allah Almighty, like a sparrow’s nest or even smaller, Allah Almighty will build for him a house in Paradise.”
